Discussions in Engendering the Archive project have inspired several recent graduate and undergraduate courses: "Haunted Visualities," offered in Fall 2009 by Saidiya Hartman and Tina Campt at Columbia and Duke; "Feminism and Diaspora: Rights and Rites of Return," offered by Marianne Hirsch in Fall 2009; and "Trauma, Terror and Performance," offered by Marianne Hirsch and Diana Taylor at Columbia and NYU in Spring 2010.
